Soybean Science:Genetics and Biotechnology

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Join us to experience three lesson plans that dive into the science of one of the largest commodities in South Dakota, soybeans.  We will explore activities to help students understand how altering the genotype of a soybean can result in desired phenotypes, the technology to make these changes and the tradeoffs of these biotechnologies.  These lessons are being developed as a free resource for agricultural and biology teachers by the South Dakota Soybean Research & Promotion Council.
